We offer 3 basic types of massage therapy

Massage for Relaxation — Our therapists combine a variety of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques that most certainly remove the day’s stress and muscle tension, creating deep relaxation.

Massage for Pain Management — Smoky Mountain Massage therapists are the only therapists certified and delivering Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) in the area. NMT, the highest level of massage training, is a system of soft tissue manipulation techniques that balance the nervous system (brain, spinal cord, and nerves) with the structure of the musculoskeletal system. We will work closely with your physician or chiropractor to ensure the best possible care for your specific needs.

On-Site Massage — Experience the true luxury of a 60 or 90 minute relaxation massage in the comfort of your own home or vacation rental.

Cucumber & Green Tea - Cucumber blend features natural extracts of green tea, cucumber and chamomile, to nourish tired, puffy eyes, for a relaxing cool-down at the end of the day!
Orange & Aloe - Invigorating and energizing orange pads decrease puffiness, diminish the appearance of dark circles and rejuvenate the delicate skin around your eyes for a quick, refreshing pick-me-up!
        
     Aromatherapy Massages Add to any massage $15
(Aromatherapy oils are massaged into the body for relaxation & rehydration.)
Lavender Highland - Restorative tonic for the entire body system, relaxing, antiseptic.
Sweet Orange - Sweet, warm citrus aroma. Warms & nourishes, soothing & relaxing.
     
     Aromatherapy Candles Add to any massage $3
(Candles can be added to all In Cabin massages. Each candle last 4 to 5 hours, you keep the candles!)
Lavender - just light this candle, & relax with this beloved herb’s warm, soothing, embracing scent.
Summer Slices - as refreshing and fun as a summer get together. The inviting fragrances of freshly sliced watermelon and crisp cucumbers straight from the vine capture the best of summer for you to enjoy anytime.
     
     Lotus Touch Soaking Sachet Use after massage $10
( Think tea bag for your hot tub!) Herbal treatment as you saturate the skin with the goodness of tea. Pre-filled, single use, sealed bags are easy to use - simply soak, wring, and toss. Non-staining and won't clog drains. 2.5 net oz. per individual sachet.
Tranquility Soaking Sachet - Mistletoe, Birch Leaves, Nettle, St. John's Wart and many other herbs, spices and botanicals are combined with Dead Sea Salts to unwind the mind and body.
Energizing Soaking Sachet - Invigorate with a blend that includes Cardamom, Fennel, Cinnamon, Dead Sea Salts and more.
     
     Deluxe Spa Massage Per person $35
(Combine all spa add ons for the ultimate retreat) Choose 1 soothing eye nourishment, select aromatherapy massage lotion & 2 aromatherapy candles. Recieve a soaking sachet for after the therapist leave or to take home.

Appointment must be held with credit card. (Card will not be charged until service has been provided and payment method has been selected)
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice from scheduled date and time of service will be charged in full.
